About this calculator
KLOW Calculator is a single-purpose tool for one research blend. It turns a water volume and an amount into a concentration, a draw volume, U-100 syringe units and the amount of each of the four peptides in that draw.
What it is and is not
It is arithmetic. The site does not sell anything, does not link to sellers, and does not test products. It has no medical reviewers and does not give dosing advice: amounts shown on the site are either entered by the visitor, counted from what visitors entered, or labelled as reported in community sources. Whether any amount is appropriate is outside what a calculator can answer.
How the numbers are computed
Every result comes from the 80 mg label amount and four formulas:
- concentration = 80 mg ÷ water mL
- volume = amount mg ÷ concentration
- units = volume mL × 100
- peptide mg = amount × (peptide mg ÷ 80)
The formulas and display rounding are the same as the other KLOW calculators we operate. An automated test suite runs this site's math and those calculators' formulas side by side over 162 combinations of water volume and amount, and fails if any result or displayed figure differs. Displayed values are rounded (units to one decimal, each peptide to the nearest mcg); the math underneath is not.
The calculator assumes the vial holds what its label says. It does not account for liquid lost in the syringe hub or left in the vial, for fill variation between vials, or for a label with a different composition.
Where the common-setup counts come from
The “most common setups” block counts the water volume and amount visitors entered into KLOW calculators we operate. Those logs store only the setup values and a daily count per setup, with no names, accounts, IP addresses or session identifiers. A setup is shown only if it was entered at least 30 times, and the block is hidden below 100 calculations in total. The numbers here are a snapshot taken October 18, 2026 and are refreshed by hand. They describe what people entered, not what anyone should use. This site does not log what is entered into its own calculator.
